Guiding Hands caters below-mentioned services at a fixed cost of USD$ 500 Per Patient for organizing their medical journey to INDIA
Visa Assistance: The patient and the Donor should come on the Medical Visa. International Patient Services team helps in arranging Medical visa by writing a letter to Indian High Commission in the patient’s country. This also helps obtain a medical visa for the accompanying attendant, as well.
Payment: Payment can be made either through credit card or cash on arrival or wire transfer (The Bank details will be provided).
Complementary Attendants Stay/Meals: It is desirable that one attendant stays along with the patient in the room and will get complementary meal facility, except during ICU stay of patient in which attendant will be required to stay in ICU patient waiting area. The patient would also have the facility to choose from special International menu.
Airport reception and local commute: On Arrival at the airport in India, the Patient/family will be received at the Arrival Hall with welcome placard in the patient’s name by our representative – its complementary service provided by us. Please forward the patient’s complete travel details in advance and we can make all the necessary arrangements for the complementary pick up/drop from the Airport/Hospital/Hotel. We arrange for proper appointments and treatment schedule for the patient.
Sim/Calling card: Local Sim cards/Calling cards are available at various stores near the hospital/Hotel. Our representative will assist you in getting the same.
Hotel/Guest House/Service Apartments Arrangement:We will assist you in arranging accommodation near the hospital as per your preference/budget. Hotel/Guest House/Service Apartments arrangements for post hospitalization stay.
During Hospitalization: Guest Relations Executive will be your Single Point of contact (SPOC) throughout the entire stay in the hospital for all non-medical assistance like registration, admission, discharge formalities, Sim/calling card, mobile, hotel/guesthouse/service apartment accommodation etc,. Patient should carry the photocopy of their passport as a proof of identity at the time of treatment to Hospital. Free Wi-Fi facility. Daily updates sent to the family/ patient relative over emails.
Currency Exchange: Currency exchange facility is available; our patient care executive will assist to get the best exchange rates.
Language Translation Services (Interpreter): In-house language translators are available within the hospital.
Statutory Requirement: On arrival, the patient and attendants would need to register with the Police Commissioner’s Office within 14 days of arrival. Please carry 10 or more passport-size photographs for each person who would be required for visa formalities, FRRO (Foreigner Regional Registration Offices), and for buying a local Calling/Sim. Any charges to be paid for obtaining a visa will also be borne by the patient/family. Local transportation charges have to be borne by the patient/family if they need any transport for shopping or any other needs.
